Are you ready for a youth consultant to come out to your next event? Great! The process for requesting a youth consultant is as follows:
- Please fill out the engagement request form which can be found in various places in this website or you can click here.
- Be sure to read through the form to get an understanding of what needs to be completed in order for us to get the process started.
- Don't forget to read the engagements offered section of our website to get a firm grasp on the types of engagements we offer.
- Once you fill out the form and submit it back to us, you will be contacted by our office within a week's time.
- We will discuss the request with you. If we have any questions or need more clarification, we will let work with you on getting that cleared up.
- If you have requested somone in particular, we will contact them to make sure the are availalbe.
- Over the next couple of weeks, we will work to get an appropiate youth consultant (if you haven't already chosen someone and they are available) and set up a call between you, the consultant and our staff to make sure everyone understands the requirements and expectations of each party.
- This discussion will then be drafted into an MOU which will need to be signed by both parties.
- The MOU will state the nature of the engagement, as well as smaller things like cost, travel and content promised to be delivered.
- Once the MOU is signed, the youth consultant will then work with the requesting party to get everything set up.
- Upon completion of the engagement by the youth consultant, Youth MOVE National staff will contact you to make sure everything went as planned.
